What I collect, and what I do with it.

The Plumb Line is the working name of Rachel Fetrow LLC. I’m Rachel Fetrow, and I run it. When this policy says “I,” it means me and my business.

The short version

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no ads or tracking pixels.
I run my business with software tools, some of which include AI features. They may process what you send me.
I don’t sell your information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.
Email rachel@theplumbline.studio and I’ll show you, correct, or delete what I have about you.

When you browse the site

This site is served by a web hosting provider. Like any web host, it receives the standard information your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address and browser type, so it can deliver the page. The site’s fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from a third party.

I use a cookieless analytics service to count page views. It shows me totals (which pages are visited, and roughly from where), not individual visitors.

AI and the tools I use

I run my business with software tools for email, scheduling, contact management and day-to-day work. Some of them include AI features, and those features may process your information, including your name, email address and what you’ve told me, to help me organize my work and reply to you.

My practice is not to offer any of my data, including yours, for training AI models, to the extent each tool’s settings and preferences allow. I control those settings, but not how each company honors them, so I can’t promise your information will never be used for training.

Who else sees your information

Only the service providers I use to run this site and my business (web hosting, email, scheduling, contact management, bot protection and analytics), and only to do the jobs described here. I don’t sell or rent your information, or share it for advertising. I’d disclose it only if the law required me to.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while it serves our working relationship, or until you ask me to delete it, whichever comes first.

Email rachel@theplumbline.studio to see what I have about you, correct it, or delete it. If you’d rather not hear from me again, reply to any email and say so.

Links to other sites

Some links, like the booking calendar and my social profiles, take you to other services. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
